By accessing or using myCoachFlow (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
myCoachFlow provides software tools for private sports coaches to schedule sessions, accept payments from athletes, communicate with athletes and their guardians, and manage their coaching business. The Service is provided as a software-as-a-service application.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service offers Free, Basic, and Pro subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
The Service facilitates payments from athletes to coaches using Stripe Connect. myCoachFlow does not take a platform fee on these payments. Standard Stripe processing fees apply and are deducted by Stripe. Coaches are responsible for any taxes owed on income received through the Service.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Athlete-to-coach payment disputes must be resolved between the athlete and the coach; myCoachFlow is not a party to the underlying coaching service.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe on the rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, harassing, or illegal content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; or (e) interfere with the proper operation of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, myCoachFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
